John de Mol, the creator of “Big Brother” has a new reality series coming up on FOX!

Do you want a chance to start all over again and actually have a hand in creating the rules of civilization? That’s what the new FOX reality series “Utopia” is looking for. The show is casting contestants who can drop out for a year to begin a brand new society.

Utopia” will be a new reality social experiment that will bring together 15 contestants, that they are now casting to form a community in a remote part on the United States.

FOX’s new unscripted social experiment UTOPIA is searching for pioneers to create a whole new world. Do you have the ideas, skills, and determination to create and run an ideal society?

Utopia” will follow strangers that are brought together to work with each other in creating a new society, well, on reality TV. The show already has a Dutch version of “Utopia”, which premiered this year to good ratings.

Unlike other reality shows which span a few weeks or months that the group must live together, “Utopia” will push that time to a year. Those cast on the show will be followed by cameras for the year to see how their society takes shape. Unlike other reality shows where the group gets thinned until only a few stand as the show’s winners, this show will replace the contestants who get evicted from the community with new ones. Contestants that may not be pulling their weight will be sent packing.

The show’s creator, John De Mol dis state that “Utopia” will be very different from “Big Brother,” because they will have to fend for themselves but also enjoy lots of freedom.

“’Utopia’ is a positive and constructive program that gives people the opportunity, if you can start all over again, start from scratch and create laws and make decisions, will you be able to build a society that is better than the one we have; will it be chaos or happiness.”

I am 52 married man with 4 grown boys. My wife and I own and operate a garden center and landscape company. I am what you would call a workaholic. I have a farming background with animal and plant care. I am also very capable of making correct choices. I believe I would make a great asset to the show.
I hope you will consider me, thank you
