Story: A corporate video intertwining actual company interviews and a dramatization. The drama will focus on an elderly patient and his new caregiver.

Patient – male, 65-85, crotchety curmudgeon, grumpy and opinionated but with a hidden soft side
Character arc: dependent frail/unhappy to independent and happy
Son – male, 40-50, serious, responsible, concerned about his father’s well-being
Character arc: overwhelmed to secure. Jewish.
Caregiver – male, 25-35, idealistic, eager, hard working, responsible, warm people person with self confidence that grows. Light skinned Hispanic.
Character arc: potentially effective in job to actually effective
Mom – female, 50-65, proud, excited, wise, maternal but young enough to have a 30 year old son. Hispanic.
