White Christmas – Equity Chorus Call / Dancers in Atlanta.

Auditions for the following roles

Male Ensemble:
Early 20s to Mid-30s. Equally strong in ballroom, theater jazz, and tap. ALL SING VERY WELL. 1940s Hollywood movie musical dancing. Covers will come from ensemble. Ensemble plays Jimmy’s Back Room Club-Goers, Train Passengers, Inn Guests, Chorus Kids, and Patrons Of The Regency Room. The following roles come from the male ensemble: Jimmy, Snoring Man, Train Conductor, Dance Captain, Ed Sullivan Announcer, Regency Room Announcer (Voice).

Female Ensemble:
Early 20s to Mid-30s. Equally strong in ballroom, theater jazz, and tap. ALL SING VERY WELL. 1940s Hollywood movie musical dancing. Covers will come from ensemble. Ensemble plays Jimmy’s Back Room Club-Goers, Train Passengers, Inn Guests, Chorus Kids, and Patrons Of The Regency Room. The following roles come from the male ensemble: The following roles come from the ensemble: Tessie, Cigarette Girl, Mrs. Snoring Man, Seamstress, Ass’t Seamstress, and Sheldrake’s Secretary (Voice).

Atlanta Theater of the Stars Atlanta, GA MSUA Tour; 875/week minimum
Per diem: $49/day with company housing when away from home; $89/day without company housing.

Rehearses: October 11 – 23, 2010 in NYC. Travel: October 24, 2010 – Cast travels to Tech. Location.
Opens: November 2, 2010 in Atlanta, GA. Tours Through: January 2, 2011

Bring tap and jazz shoes. If time permits, you may be asked to sing, so be prepared to sing 16 bars that shows vocal range and bring sheet music; accompanist provided. Bring book of music in case asked for another selection. Suggested music: stylistically 40’s or 50’s B’way (golden age of musical theatre — i.e., Berlin, Porter, Loesser, Styne).

Bring picture and resume, stapled together.
