JAZZ Inc. is Casting Male Dancers
Looking for technically trained, male dancers with a charismatic stage presence!
Training/experience in Jazz, Modern, Ballet, and Musical Theatre Styles advised.
Be prepared to demonstrate technical elements as well as learn up to several pieces of new choreography. Dancers may come prepared with an original solo, max 90 seconds in length, demonstrating their strengths for call backs. Performance season includes originating a role in a brand new musical theatre production to open at Club Oberon in April 2011, and possible touring dates in 2011. All performances are paid with a possible rehearsal stipend as well.

Stephanie Heroux founded Jazz Inc. in 2005 as a Boston-based, contemporary jazz dance company seeking to bridge the gap between concert and commercial dance. Exploring musicality, jazz styles, and contemporary dance we aim to redefine the expectations of contemporary concert dance and commercial theatre. Hailing from diverse backgrounds, our dancers are highly technically trained and infuse their own voice and personality into the choreography. Jazz Inc.’s longest running show Dance! Straight Up, 2005-2007, changed the face of lounge dinning in Boston. Other clients/commissions include Bicardi, Pearl Vodka, The Boston Design Center, The Next Door Theatre, An Evolution of Style 2007, Introspectives: A Shared Choreographers’ Concert, The Charles River Dance Festival, and various theaters around Boston.
