Auditions for Seven Angels Theatre’s
Stage II Production of MY FAIR LADY
Stage II, the non-equity, community division of Seven Angels Theatre, is holding auditions for MY FAIR LADY on June 14th and 15th, 2010. MY FAIR LADY is a musical based upon George Bernard Shaw’s Pygmalion, with book and lyrics by Alan Jay Lerner and music by Frederick Loewe. This production will be directed by Tom Chute, with musical direction by Richard DeRosa and choreography by Courtney Chute. Actors, singers and dancers age 16 and up, are invited to audition.
Auditions will be held at Seven Angels Theatre, 1 Plank Road (in Hamilton Park) Waterbury, CT. Auditions are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY from 6PM to 9PM on June 14th and 15th. Performances are September 10-12 and 17-19, with rehearsals beginning in July.
Those interested in auditioning should contact Michelle Gotay, Casting Coordinator, at 203-757-1316 (ext.15) for an appointment time. Participants should have a song prepared from the score or in a similar style. Dress comfortably and bring shoes appropriate for a dance/movement audition.
