Student Film Auditions

The student film “Music in the Streets” is a drama about a poor bohemian musician living
on the streets. Struggling to earn money, he meets someone like himself and finds
kindness in an unexpected place.

Filming will take place in West Philadelphia/University City on October 30.

Auditioning Parts For:
• Zach: Male, age 22-25, a poor bohemian guitar player living on the
streets, struggling to earn money and share his music. Must be able to
play guitar. Please come with a guitar to demonstrate skill
• Jared: Male, age 20-22, a drummer who provides Jared with
companionship. Experience with drums is a plus.
• Alex: Boy, age 6-10, a young boy who is drawn to Zach and Jared’s
music.
• Ms. Smith: Female, age 30-35, Alex’s strict mother who looks down
upon Zach and Jared’s way of living.
• Peter: Male, age 30-35, a well-to-do man whom Zach encounters as he
tries to find something to eat.

Please bring a headshot and resume of previous productions.

Auditions will be held on October 21 from 6-8 PM and October 22 from 6-9:30 PM at
