Bizarre ER, the BBC Three medical series, wants patients and medical staff to share amusing, unusual, challenging or ground-breaking cases from A&E, including
– bizarre injuries, illnesses and accidents
– curious treatments and operations
– amazing recoveries from the brink
as long as significant recovery has taken place.
Cases in the last series included leech therapy used to treat a man scalped by an industrial lathe, and a man impaled in the eye by an 8-foot metal pole – doctors saved his sight.
If you have a bizarre or unusual medical story, please get in touch.
Bizarre ER is produced for the BBC by Maverick TV.
