Between Your Ears Entertainment, an Emmy award-winning Entertainment Company based in Los Angeles, CA. is seeking Caucasian male actors, able to play age 22-30, for ongoing performances in a national two person touring troupe in elementary schools & family concerts.
This team will be locally based in New Jersey / Manhattan area and will travel NY, NJ, CT
Desired height is 5’6 – 6’2. This is a scripted live 45 minute two person show with the understanding of live comedy and improvisation being important. Live singing is performed to backing tracks of original rock music. Bullying, Character Education, Classroom Behavior, etc, will be discussed in a live scripted show.
3 – 5 shows are performed daily in school auditoriums, gymnasiums, community theaters and family concert attractions. Average work schedule is 2+ weeks per month. Some overnight travel is required on out of town performances. Any travel involving overnight stay, all necessary expenses such as airfare, rental car, hotel & food per diem are covered 100% by Between Your Ears Entertainment. Television, radio and newspaper interviews may be necessary at some performances in selected cities.
We are casting for an immediate position. You must own a car for travel to be considered.
The pay is $150 – $300 per day.
