By | March 9, 2010

The Food Network is now casting the third season of the popular cooking show “The Next Iron Chef” – This unique program features 10 contestants cooking their hearts out on TV, all hoping to be crowned “Iron Chef”. This show is now taking nominations for professional chefs who want to compete on the show.

Executive Chefs interested in entering the most elite “cooking club” in the world, must be nationally renowned, well rounded, innovative and charismatic. At least 5 years Executive Chef experience required. Competitors must either be US Citizens or green card holders.

As in past seasons, this is one of the toughest culinary competitions ever devised. In the third season of “The Next Iron Chef,” The Chairman will greet a new group of America’s Premiere Chefs and send them on a culinary adventure where one chef will prove that he/she has what it takes to become a “culinary” god.

Filming is scheduled for early June through early July.

Casting is currently underway. Recommendations are being accepted until April 2nd, 2010.
