Storyline:
This play will be produced during Valentine’s Day weekend, and it embodies themes of love and Christian values. This comical play is about a family who all are undergoing their own individual trials and tribulations, and who lean and love on each other to make it through this journey call life. One particular couple in this play is married but struggling because the wife, a cervical cancer survivor, is unable to have children and because of this, her husband continuously steps outside of their marriage, having babies with other women until he finally comes across a woman who is borderline-psychotic and will not take no for an answer. When his infidelity puts the lives of his entire family at risk, he has to figure out a way to right the situation before the woman he has pushed to the edge, teeters over and takes everyone down with her. If you want some good, clean side-splitting laughs and a fresh angle to look at the realities of life, then this play is a must-see! Any married couple, single individual, and any person who is in love with the Lord needs to see this play!
Audition Casting Calls: December 11th, 2010 at the Body of Christ from 12 to 4. Please have a 1-minute monologue prepared, and if you are a singer, please have a snippet of a gospel song prepared as well.

Roles:
Natalie (24-36)
An African-American woman who is a cancer survivor and is married to Roger. Her husband has been cheating on her for quite some time, but she always takes him back. She is an attractive woman and has a bit of a stuck-up, bougie attitude.
Roger (26-38)
An African-American man who is married to Natalie. He continues to step outside of his marriage until he comes across a semi-psychotic woman who wants revenge for him breaking her heart. He is a loan-consultant, so he is a well-dressed, attractive, sharp-looking individual.
Pamela (24-38)
Any race. This is the scorned woman, the semi-psychotic chick who holds the entire family hostage with a gun in order to make Roger leave his wife and be with her.
Cedric (18-26)
An African-American man. He marries Nicole during the play.
Nicole (18-26)
An African-American woman. She is Natalie’s younger sister. She gets married in the play, and cheats on her husband about a week after giving her marital vows.
Ashlee (24-38)
An African-American woman. She plays the woman who is attracted to Michael in the play. She is a very attractive woman, who is independent. Her occupation is a heart surgeon.
Michael (24-38)
An African-American man. He is a veterinarian, a good-looking, God-loving man, and he’s been praying for a wife for a long time. God finally sends him a very attractive woman, but his mother has issues with stepping aside and letting the woman take the spot as the “number one woman” in his life.
Pastor (black, 40s-50s)
An African-American man. He plays the Pastor during the “church-scene.” Very comical pastor with a “preachy” voice.
Secretary (any age, race)
Any age, any race. She is Roger’s secretary at his job.
