Open Auditions Hawaii | Shakespeare Festival 2010

Open auditions have been announced for The Hawaii Shakespeare Festival 2010 9th season of the Shakespeare festival, the company will hold auditions over 4 days for actors who would like to join the festival.

The new season features some great plays including, Julius Caesar, to be directed by Troy Apostol, Measure for Measure, to be directed by Linda Johnson, and Henry VI to be directed with an all-female cast by Tony Pisculli

Theater performances for the season are going to run July 9 to August 22 at The ARTS at Marks Garage.

If you would like to audition for a role, there is no need to prepare anything. You will be asked to do some cold readings, improv and maybe some dance or movement depending on role. The company is casting many roles. Saturday, April 10, 2-5pm – The ARTS at Marks Garage, 1159 Nuuanu Ave.
Monday, April 12, 2-5pm – Leeward Community College Lab Theatre
Tuesday, April 13, 6-9pm – Hawaii Pacific University’s Paul & Vi Loo Theatre
Saturday, April 17, 2-5pm – The ARTS at Marks Garage, 1159 Nuuanu Ave.
