“Pirates” Auditions Maine

Trinity Church in York Maine will be staging the Gilbert and Sullivan operetta “Pirates of Penzance” as part of its’ 2010 Music and Theatre Summer season. Following in the footsteps of the very successful “Murder in thr Cathedral” in 2008, this year’s shows will be staged and directed by Tim Robinson with Musical direction by Jean Stradzes.

Auditions for the show will be held on Saturday, March 13th, starting at 11am at St Georges Episcopal Church in York Harbor, Maine. All roles are open. If you are interested in auditioning you will need to bring a headshot, resume, a prepared song (not from the show) designed to show your range, and the sheet music. You will also be required to read from the dialogue and may be asked to move so come dressed comfortably.
