A new DIY TV show called “I Want That” is now casting in the DC Metro Area. We are looking for families in the DC Metro area to appear on our show. All families get to keep the products that they demonstrate and appear on TV in the Fall of 2011. Please post the following advertisement to your association listserv, blog, website, or email newsletter. This is not a scam. I Want That is in production and we are seeking families and couples to appear on the show. I Want That, a new series from the DIY Network (diynetwork.com) is seeking people with the I-can-do-it-myself attitude. We want people who enjoy having the coolest tools, the newest products, and cutting edge gadgets and appliances for the home and garden. Does that sound like you or someone you know? I Want That wants to hear from you! The series is in production now and we encourage all high-energy couples or families in the Washington D.C. Metro area to apply!
I Want That features do-it-yourselfers using innovative and buzz-worthy products for the bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, garage, backyard, front yard, behind the walls and even on the roof! Please keep in mind, this is not a renovation show and we do not make-over entire rooms. But if you’re ready to try out the trend-making products of I Want That, we want you to contact us soon.
To apply, send an email to IWTCasting@gmail.com and please include the following:
• Pictures of your home; include exterior pictures of your front and back yard; pictures of your kitchen, bathroom(s), living room, bedroom(s), garage, and workbench if you have one
• At least 1 picture of your family.
• Tell us a little about your family (occupation, hobbies, etc.) and the types of projects your family enjoys doing.
• Put your family name and city of residence in your email subject line. For example: The Brown Family – Rockville MD.
