Auditions for Masterchef are coming to Los Angeles
Gordon Ramsay and his popular FOX show Masterchef are now casting for season 3. Open casting calls begin this fall in Los Angeles, California and will then travel across the country looking for the next ‘Masterchef’!
Masterchef has been on FOX for 2 seasons and FOX just announced that the show was picked up for another season.
The MasterChef judges are once again giving talented home cooks the opportunity to show America their culinary skills!
MasterChef is the search for the best home cook in America. The winner receives a cash prize and the title of MasterChef!
MasterChef is a reality TV cooking competition. Masterchef is geared towards amateur cooks and foodies. Unlike Gordon’s other cooking show Hell’s Kitchen which casts professional chefs and individuals who work in that profession.
On Masterchef food enthusiasts and home cooks compete for cash and prizes, plus of course that title of ‘Master Chef’. The grand prize for the shows winner is quite hefty at $250,000.
Winners of past shows have both released cook books of their own.

Please note that when attending the open call you must bring a non-returnable photo of yourself as well as a photo of your dish and the dish itself.
FOX has announced other audition cities such as San Francisco, New York, Miami, Atlanta, D.C., Chicago and others. However audition venues and dates for those cities have not been announced.
