The Day the World Came Crashing Down”. by writer Michael Bruck is a short 10 minute piece that will be performed as part of the Fresh Fruit Festival on May 15th at thew NuYorican Poet Society. Two 45and up aged men are being cast for this short comedic piece. Robbie is despondent over the death of his beloved Elizabeth Taylor and calls Brian, his best friend to break the news. He was there for Brian when Bette died, and Brian has moved on, worshipping Cher.
