Spring One Act Play Cometition

Seeking fully produced one act plays (cast, directed and ready to perform)
10 minutes to 30 minutes for MRT?s Spring One Act Play Competition.
FIRST PRIZE for BEST PLAY:
$1000.00 and a 1 year Manhattan Repertory Theatre Season Ticket Pass (worth $1600.00)
To submit your one act play production please email:
The complete play, a synopsis of the play, the running time of the play, the set and lighting
requirements, the play?s production history (if it has been produced before and where)
and a creative team leader contact email address to:

There is no submission fee. NON-EQUITY ONLY.
We will be doing this a little better than some of the other play competitions across the country.
Each play will receive a MINIMUM of 3 performances. More if you move on to the ?nals.
Manhattan Rep will supply a Sound and Lighting Board operator to run your tech.
Each show will receive individual web ?yers with their show logo to email to friends and family.
Audience will be given ballots to vote for their favorites. And the festival will be run ON TIME!
Once accepted, there will be a $150.00 participation fee which includes all of the above.
There will be NO additional security fees or Manhattan Repertory Theatre based production fees.
We will also be awarding 6 month Manhattan Repertory Theatre Ticket Passes (worth $800.00)
for Best Director and Best Actor.
