OPTIMIST LA | PART-TIME CORE EVENT STAFF POSITION

Optimist LA is a lifestyle-marketing agency specialized in consumer events. We assist brands and companies in creating a flawless experience to their consumers. Connecting brands and people, we are involved in all aspects of events and experience: brainstorming, event planning, proposing ideas, event logistics and operations, and hiring staff.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Display LA sports and cultural knowledge within consumer discussions
• Engage customers during events and experiences
• Learn and perform all operational duties of the space
• Learn all aspects of the space including product, POS, customization, experiences and activations
• Support Venue Coordinator and Operations Manager during activations and events
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Passion for sports and culture
• Sophistication, aspiration, sense of style
• Customer service driven with an outgoing personality and communication skills
• Team player with a desire to exceed expectations and grow
• Detail oriented, organized, multi-tasker
WORK SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
• Required to work scheduled key events each week
• Typical work week will be 3-5 days per week
• Must be flexible and committed to work on weekends and some holidays
• Competitive hourly pay
