Auditions for singers Los Angeles
Universal Studios theme park Tokyo is now casting actors, singers, dancers and stunt performers for a series of live action shows. Open auditions will be held in Hollywood on the following dates:
September 10th Actor/Singer
September 11th Dancer
September 12th Stunt
Universal is casting the following shows:
Waterworld – casting stunt performers / actors – for 4 roles 1 female and 3 male
Terminator 3D – stunt performer / bodybuilder
Universal Monsters live rock and roll show – singers and dancers
The following roles are available for Singers Who Move Well
Frankenstein™
Male baritone pop singer 6’0 or taller, who sings to an F with nice low tones and a strong falsetto. Sings Carlos Santana’s “Smooth”
Bride of Frankenstein™
Soulful, sassy and sexy female, alto or soprano, with a strong belt up to C#. Must have basic dance skills and a strong stage presence. Sings Gloria Gaynor’s ‘I Will Survive’.
Please familiarize yourself with the songs I WILL SURVIVE (for females) and SMOOTH (for males), both of which are available for you to listen to on our website. Also please bring the sheet music for two contrasting contemporary pop songs of your choice in a suitable key for your voice. Make sure you have chosen the best 16 bars in the event you are asked to sing your own song. An accompanist will be provided. Backing tracks are not accepted. Some Pop songs currently being performed in the park include: I Got A Feeling – Black Eyed Peas, Billionaire –Bruno Mars, Forget You – Ceelo Green, Single Ladies – Beyonce, Any Way You Want It – Journey, Beautiful People – Christina Aguilera. Singers should bring appropriate clothing which will allow them to learn and perform a simple modern jazz-style movement combination.
Dancers Who Sing Well
“Wolfie”
Excitable, young male, pop tenor who sings to a G and is not afraid to howl at the moon. Must be a strong dancer with great energy. Sings Bon Jovi’s “One Wild Night”
Dracula
Strong, sexy male, pop tenor/baritone who sings to an F# and is also a great dancer. Sings Ricky Martin’s ‘La Vida Loca”
Hip and Hop
Cute, perky female dancers and pop singers able to belt a C#. Looking for cheerleader types. Sing Weather Girls’ “IT’S RAINING MEN” and Donna Summer’s HOT STUFF.

Also please bring the sheet music for two contrasting contemporary pop songs of your choice in a suitable key for your voice.
