Hello! We are shooting a sweet, fun, “real people” style promo for the 2012 DRIVE-IN Film Festival.
We are looking for some actors! The DIFF is a creative not-for-profit that brings independent film to Drive-ins across the country, to celebrate the dying are of the local drive-in. This is a no-pay project, BUT, it will literally be less than 2 hours of your time, and a lot of traffic on the web, and at the Drive-ins!
The DIFF PROMO is just 2 pages, and we hope to shoot this week, July 23rd-27th, or next week July 30th-Aug 3rd, depending on actor’s availability. Because of how it is written–we don’t have to worry so much about props/wardrobe/locations, and can shoot almost anywhere! It makes it a very simple shoot.
CHARACTER BREAKDOWN:
Elderly Couple – Man/Woman Late 60’s-70’s, graying. Fun, upbeat, older man and woman, who are reminiscing about Drive-ins.
Middle Aged Man – 45-50 – Average guy, with a nice smile.
Woman – 25-30 – Hip, frisky, nerdy even, happy to chat.
Young Girl – 12 – Excited, full of energy, also a gabber.
Young Boy – 8-10 – Smart, bright, and happy.
