Casting Call Breakdown
PROJECT TITLE: ”A Sense of Blood”
PRODUCING COMPANY: Georgia State University Graduate Thesis Film – Drama/Fantasy.
SYNOPSIS: A creatively blocked musician experiences auditory hallucinations after a blood donation and with the help of this new sense, she must rediscover the pleasure in her life by finding the source of the hallucinations, which leads her to find a new outlook on life.
CASTING NEEDS:
Female, any race, 23-27, average weight and height (musical talent [guitar or piano] is a PLUS, but not required)
– depressed retail worker/musician who has lost all pleasure in life and must find it again with the help of a new supernatural ability via a blood donation.
Male, any race, 50-75, thin frame (musical talent [guitar or piano] is a PLUS, but not required).
– content, gentle, blind man who doesn’t mind some company and sharing his music.
Female, any race, 30-50, any weight/height.
– unenthusiastic nurse who administers a blood donation.
Shooting Dates [1 or 2 weekends within this range of dates]:
