Ltnt. Akron Struckhart, a 12-year veteran of the Sacramento Police Department, is being watched. He sees conjoined twins, a bearded lady, a strongman, and he is eventually confronted by a little person named Queequeg who begs his help in rescuing a woman named Caroline who has been kidnapped by Akron’s younger brother, Troy, who was disfigured in Afghanistan.
Akron goes to his brother’s house to rescue Caroline, but the “circus types” follow him there and before he can stop it, Troy, a tactical sniper, murders each of the “circus types with a tranquilizer rifle. Troy turns his gun on his brother as it becomes evident that Caroline is in fact an elephant, stolen from the circus.
