Dare to enter the halls of horror in this first-ever Washington State History Museum haunted house designed by Hollywood special effects artist Marcel Banks (FaceOff, Chronicles of Riddick). Not for the faint of heart, this history of horror will chill you to the bones.
We are looking for volunteers 18 and over who are willing to scream, scare, and portray a number of ghouls and monsters during the week of October 22nd. We are looking for volunteers interested in participating on Wednesday, October 24 through Sunday, October 28 between 6:00pm — 11:00pm. No previous Haunted House acting necessary. Our team will teach you everything you need to know.
All volunteers must pass a security background check and be available from 6-11pm on the dates that they volunteer. Please alert us if you are claustrophobic or have latex allergies. While some of the more demanding roles are paid an honoraria, most are volunteer performances that help raise funds for the museum’s education programs.
Creepshow will be held at the Washington State History Museum, 1911 Pacific Avenue, Tacoma, WA 98402. For more information or to volunteer, email Gwen Perkins at gperkins@wshs.wa.gov or call 253.798.5927.
