***Casting Call for Gospel Stage Play August 17th & August 18th***
Synposis:
A youth minister in college has everything good going for him. He’s on a scholarship to a well-known college and he has an offer from the NFL. Things continue to go good until his father becomes ill and needs surgery. The expense of the surgery is more than their family can afford, Damarcus is running out of options, and waiting on God is becoming less of an option each day his father gets worse. With the different issues arising while dealing with his sick father, Damarcus has to decide if he will continue to wait on God or take matters into his own hands that leads him down a road to destruction.

Jessica (Singing Role) – ( age 22-35) Female, Christian,youth minister, soft-spoken, meek. Love interest of Damarcus.
Rachel – (age 35-40) Female, Fiesty, argumentative, aggressive. Married to Roderick.
Roderick – (age 35-40) Male, Christian, arrogant, pastor of mega church, articulate.
Tia – (age 14-19) Female, Teenage Christian, dramatic, attention seeker, daugther of Roderick and Rachel.
Jay – (age 22-35) Male, Football player, Damarcus’s roommate, Comical, Sarcastic, Witty, Playful.
