Cheerleader Auditions – New England Patriots
The New England Patriots will be holding tryouts for cheerleaders to perform at home games in the 2012 and 2013 season. Patriots Cheerleader tryouts will be held March 3rd at Gilette Stadium. There is an optional workshop that dancers can attend on January 28th.
The auditions are open to ladies who are at least 18-years-old and have a high school diploma or GED. Ladies planning on auditioning in March may take a workshop January 28th to prepare for the upcoming cheerleader tryouts in March.
The workshop will be held on Jan. 28 at Gillette Stadium’s Putnam Club West. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. and the workshop ends at 2 p.m. There is a fee of $100 for the workshop.
Open auditions for the Patriots cheer squad will be on March 3rd at Gillette Stadium’s Dana Farber Field House. Dancers will perform two designated routines and a freestyle combination. Judges will be present and those selected will return for a final audition later in March.
The dancers will be judged in multiple categories including fitness, showmanship, skill and appearance.
Call backs / final auditions will be held on Saturday, March 17, 2012 at the Stadium.
The Patriot cheer squad employs anywhere from 24 to 30 ladies and the women are required to attend rehearsals 2 times every week. The cheer squad will perform at all home games as well other events for the New England Patriot organization. Home games can have up to 70k fans in attendance.

The cheerleaders will also do a Patriot Cheerleader Calendar shoot and get to travel to different countries and exotic locations for various events and photo shoots.
