NYC based female who ideally worked or works in theater to play the “manager” of a NYC based restaurant where waiters and waitresses perform. We are looking for a “Dance Moms” Abby Lee Miller type of character who lives vicariously through her staff and pushes them to perform to their best for the customers. A polarizing character, stage mom type that never made it on Broadway and the next best thing is directing her waitstaff to give the best performance night after night to diners.
