We are seeking trained, experienced actresses for a reading of a new feature screenplay by an award-winning writer/director. It is important that the actresses are skilled at using their voices to convey character – including various dialects. There will be a select invited audience attending the reading who will be giving feedback afterward. This is a great chance to be in on an exciting feature film project from its inception.
The shocking true story of a family living in New England in the 1800’s. Bizarre circumstances cause a major rift between the family and the town and ultimately amongst the family members themselves.
HANNAH – aged 35 – 55 Actress must have a good speaking voice to play various roles including a gossipy town woman, an Irish servant woman, a teenage girl as well as some narration.
Sarah 30-40. Must have a good speaking voice to read various characters including a high-strung young wife, a gossipy teenaged girl as well as some narration.
