Auditions for The Collected Works’ production of Witold Gombrowicz’s 1935 absurdist masterpiece, Princess Ivona. Directed by Michael Hunter.
Tues, July 17: 5-7:30 pm
Wed, July 18: 6-10 pm
Performance Art Institute (PAI), 75 Boardman Place, San Francisco
The production will take place at PAI in the Fall, rehearsals to begin late July.
Looking for 4 males (esp. 18-25), including one who plays banjo, and 3-4 females, any age.
Please prepare 2 monologues which show range (3 min total).
This is a non-equity, unpaid production, with a possibility of a small stipend from door proceeds.
The Collected Works is a young, collaborative producing company, comprising graduates of Stanford University’s PhD program in Drama. We are committed to developing both new experimental performance and strong, intelligent productions of classic texts.
