We are seeking a female singer between the ages of 18-24 to finish a Girl Band, who can sing lead, dance, harmonize & able to rehearse evenings & weekends.
Must be fit, serious about a music career, dedicated & ready to work, Major Record Labels interested in the group, must be able to pick up songs fast. Music must be a career choice.

Our previous artists have appeared on national tours; BET 106 th & Park, Showtime @ The Apollo and many more! Our Team CO-Founder Laura M. Williams’s experience in the entertainment world spans from music publishing, marketing to promotions at major labels. At EMI Music Publishing, Laura developed and maintained songwriter/producer relationships to build a viable roster with such artists as BeBe Winans, Rob Thomas, Franc Reyes and Hootie and the Blowfish. As a representative of the creative staff North America at EMI, she set goals and priorities for the department. As a relationship manager, she became a direct liaison between internal and external departments. Laura’s experiences were further developed as the marketing coordinator atEpic Records. In this role, Laura developed marketing and financial plan strategies for recording artists on the roster along with coordinating album release parties, special events(Epic Urban Rookie All-Star Presentation) photo and video shoots. Prior to her life in entertainment, Laura studied vocal performance at The Ohio State University and later went on to study audio engineering at Full Sail Center for the Recording Arts. This experience has honed her eye for detail and taught her the value and strength of simplicity in entertainment. Laura’s hands-on approach has driven the successful development of Wisdom Entertainment projects and client relations. CO-Founder Verna M. Miles brings to Wisdom Entertainment managerial and creative experience in A&R and marketing at Epic Records. As A&R manager, Verna oversaw all A&R administration for the label which included album budgets, backend payments, sample and side artist clearances for soundtracks and compilation albums along with such artists as B2K, 3LW, Jill Scott, Mandy Moore, Ghostface Killa, and Glen Lewis. Adding co-executive album producer to her credit for “A Season of Soul and Sounds of Christmas” album and A&R Director for the Ghostface Killah “Bulletproof Wallets” album. She organized and executed special projects for Epic Records that included the negotiation of production contracts and the processing of development and demo deals. Being the direct contact for all departments in the Epic Urban Group for business affairs and A&R administration has given Verna the ability to understand the clients’ business needs while staying true to their aesthetic sense to be creative. Verna received her B.S. from Hofstra University in Jazz/Commercial Music, Vocal Performance. This experience has given Verna a unique perspective on bridging the creative process of our artist’s projects with the business structure of the entertainment world.
