Universal Pictures “ID Theft” with Jason Bateman – open casting call

The new Melissa McCarthy / Jason Bateman film “ID Theft” will be shooting in Atlanta this spring 2012. “ID Theft” will be holding an open casting call for extras to work on the movie at the end of this month. The new comedy is looking for extras of all types and ethnicities but especially needs biker types, mall types, prisoners and businessmen. At this moment, the film is only casting non-union men and women who are 18 and older. All extras are paid jobs.

The film will be shooting in Atlanta from mid April through June.

The comedy is about a cash-strapped family man who receives a windfall in the form of a suburban dad’s lost credit card.

The open casting call will be held on March 31st 2012
from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Atlanta Marriott Century Center
in the Century East Ballroom
2000 Century Boulevard NE,
Atlanta, Georgia 30345.

Men and Women, ages 18 and over only, Non- Union

ALL types are welcome, all ethnicities
but the following types are especially needed:

Bikers (motorcycle), dive bar patrons,
country and western bar patrons, skid row and prisoner types,
business (men and women) & mall goers.

Come dressed as one of these types for a photo!

**BRING PHOTO ID- Driver?s license, State ID or Student ID, etc…
(you must be legal to work in the U.S., with a working SS# !)
The casting call will take place in the hotel’s Century East Ballroom, and both those with extras experience and those new to the game are welcome.

    Does this film during the day? As a working male I work 8-5, but as long as shooting isn’t at that time I would love to try and sign up
