looking for 2 girls for X-Factor girl group

We are a young fresh girlgroup looking for an additional 1 or possiblely 2 members to join asap.
Ideally we need a blonde or a redhead/ginger 17-20 year old ( but anyone can apply ) we are too fussy about height but we need good strong singers with bubbly personalities
We would like to audition for the X-factor this coming march so please reply asap
