Endangered, a new Musical, is hosting auditions for 2 principal roles who will also serve as summer youth camp musical assistants (prefer graduate or recent college graduates but will consider exceptional young adult artists). Final debut is at the Kennedy Center on August 8. Lead female plays Panda Bear from China and lead male animated singer/rapper; must be extraordinary singers/actors. $1,000 stipend for day and evening rehearsals July 15 – August 8. Auditions: Friday, July 12, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. hosted at Jelleff Boys & Girls Club in Georgetown (3265 S St. NW Washington, DC 20007).
This whimsical fable that takes the audience on an unforgettable journey through an endangered animal kingdom. The characters present “Edutainment” at its best, while teaching endearing lessons about the environment and life as only a fable can.
