Memento Mori Productions is currently seeking participants for an upcoming feature-length documentary film about whole body donation to be distributed by Drafthouse Films (http://www.drafthousefilms.com). This illuminating meditation on death and dying examines our relationship with our bodies once they are no longer ours via interviews with remarkable individuals who plan to donate their bodies to various institutions after they die.
We are casting participants who meet the following criteria. Please contact us if:
– You have bequeathed your body to a whole body donation program at any major University
– You are on the waiting list at a forensic pathology “body farm”
– You are on the waiting list for Gunther Von Haagens’ Body Worlds or a similar plastination program
We would like to pre-interview participants by Skype for possible inclusion in our documentary. If you are interested in participating, please email us at mementomoridoc@gmail.com with a brief description of your situation and why you have chosen this unconventional path for your body.
