Disney Cruise Line  Cruise Ship – Magic

Pay:  Each family member is guaranteed 400/day for 8 shoot days.  Or $3,200. Each family member will receive $250.00 for incidentals. (baggage fees, airport transportation to and from their home and food while not on the ship).  If talent has agent representation, agent will receive 20%.

Schedule:   The ship will be in dock at Cadiz Spain and departing from this port for an 8 night sailing directly to Miami.  The dates are: October 10 ­ 18.  We will not shoot on 10/18 but off-load equipment only.  Shooting 10/10 – 17 for 8 day shoot + 18th off-load.  All talent will need to be available to travel from their home city on October 8th, 2013.

Casting call will take place:

Casting:   All families will need to be aspirational and at least 4-6 family members. Presence of all age groups of children is important but primary emphasis should be for younger kids 4-10 yrs. for use in shooting Oceaneer Club & upper decks.  This is not to exclude tweens & teens however.

Ethnicities: Hispanic, African American, Caucasian and European/”Worldly” ? ?All family members must be aspirational. Fit, healthy, active. All family members will be in bathing suits at some point – at pool, on waterslide, etc. Must be willing to try things and in good physical shape.

Families will be asked to underdress swimsuits for audition and will be shot in swimsuit at end of taping.

Talent:

1.  6 families (2 parents, 2-4 kids)

2.  two sets of grandparents (these are real grandparents of families auditioning)

3.   4 pre-children couples  (23-30.  Must look over 21 as there will be scenes in the lounge).

All minors will be required to have Coogan accounts. (production will help set it up for them)

All families should be actual families and not manufactured talent.  All talent to be non-union and fees will include buyout in perpetuity all media (as with all our b-roll).

Passport:  All cast & crew will need current passports/verification prior to

final booking.
