Ivy Lane Players – Auditions for “Inspecting Carol” by Daniel Sullivan to be held on 10/1 and 10/9 from 7:30 pm to 10 pm and on 10/5 from 1-4 pm at the Levittown Public Library’s Community Rooms A & B. All 13 roles are open. Males and females age ranges 20s through 60 and one youth (pre-teen/teen). Show dates December 13, 14, 15, 20, 21, 22, 2013

Per Samuel French: A Christmas Carol meets The Government Inspector meets Noises Off in this hilarious Christmas comedy.
A non-actor who asks to audition at a small regional theatre fallen on hard times is mistaken for an undercover NEA agent. Everyone caters to the wannabe actor who is given a role in the current production, A Christmas Carol. He makes ”creative” suggestions about every aspect of the production. After all of the changes have been implemented, the real inspector shows up to evaluate the artistic merit of the theatre. Unfortunately, Carol is the only production that the inspector can evaluate. Of course, nothing goes right and hilarity is piled upon hilarity…
