Synopsis:
This is the story of Angel – a cab driver, who meets Mr. and Mrs. Doherty on his last call for the day. Angel takes the elderly couple from an Alzheimer’s day care center and gives them a ride to their Brooklyn home. The absent looking Mr. Doherty suffers from Alzheimer’s, but his old photo camera seems to be his only link to the present. The events that unfold will make Angel and the Doherty’s spend the whole day together and will bring back memories and hope long lost.

The main character Angel is a hard working car service driver that lives in Brooklyn with his 10-year-old son. He is in his 40s, divorced and in his life back home he was a filmmaker. He is easy going, good-humored and a bit cynical. His emigrant life has proven to be not an easy one and he has given up on his dreams.
Fluency in Spanish is required.
Mrs. Doherty
Age: 65+
Gender: Female
Ethnicity: Caucasian
Language: English (Irish accent is a plus)
Additional skills: Good singing voice is required.
Mrs. Doherty is a kind, loving and fragile lady. Her present live revolves around the care for her sick husband. Even though she looks vulnerable herself she is a woman that doesn’t give up easily.
Mr. Doherty
Age: 70+
Gender: Male
Ethnicity: Caucasian
Language: it is a not speaking part
Mr. Doherty suffers from Alzheimer’s. Though physically present Mr. Doherty looks absent and un-responding – a devastating effect of his illness. He snaps photos with his old photo camera.
