Casting for two upcoming productions. Need to cast a lead role and supporting roles.
Lead African American female role. Must be between the ages of 25-35 with some acting experience and really able to sing since this role has singing. Must be able to portray emotions and anger really well. Your role is a lady who has been dating a guy but has allowed him to treat her less than she deserves because she didn’t know her worth.
Need an african american male and female supporting roles. Acting experience preferred but not required.
African american male should be minimum age 25. You will portray the lead actors best friend.
African American supporting female actress who is able to sing. Must be minimum 25-30. Must be able to take jokes and not sensitive since this is a part of the role. You will be friends to the lead actress and another supporting actor.
Looking for an older african american female around the age of 40. This role with be the person issuing wisdom and advice to the lead actress. You must really be able to sing and deliver your part with conviction and passion.
These productions are spiritual base with a strong message and must be taken seriously and delivered with passion. Only looking for SERIOUS actors who really take their job seriously. Must have reliable transportaion and able to make all rehearsals unless it’s an emergernce. Must be able to take directives from the director or her designee. Must be accountable.
