The Ministry of Scientific Advancement abbreviated as the (MSA) this government department launched a contest to see who has the best project that delves into human nature.
The winner has received a £20 thousand grant and a medal for their particular endeavour.
Two friends Dave McGill and John Westby place a bet on his friend McGill who is unpopular who gets the challenge of trying upkeep with trends in the least amount of time as the project so McGill can get the grant.
Then the day of the judging arrives and McGill wins the contest by Westby then dies of exhaustion.
