Synopsis:
Our short film / music video revolves around a police officer whose childhood infatuation with rap and hip hop culture has resinated through adulthood and is still apparent as an officer of the law.
Taking advantage of his power and disregarding oaths they once took to serve and protect, he and his partner take to the streets with the attitude that they run it.
A fantastical portrayal of a boys realizing their own version of the rap and hip hop attitude – as law enforcement officers.
Principle Actor:
The way the officer carries himself is reminiscent of pop culture icons such as Jay Z and Kanye West. He is conceited and vain. Outgoing and social, at times reckless.
We are looking for someone who is athletic with a modest build, that looks between the ages of 25-35. Any ethnicity. Must be able to drive. Also, motorcycle driving experience is a plus.
Supporting Actor:
This character is also an officer of the law. He is the main characters partner. They have similar attitudes, however, he is slightly more reserved. Often times it feels as though he’s being taken along for the ride. Sometimes this character finds himself uncomfortable in situations his partner puts them in.
We are looking for someone that looks between the ages of 25-35. Any ethnicity. Driving experience is a plus.
