The commercial producers will be having an open casting call for kids between the ages of 8 and 15 as well as adults to act in a television commercial.
Producers of the commercial are looking to cast many people to portray real people from North Carolina. Those chosen to participate in the project will be paid for their time.
The TV commercial is for Texas Pete hot sauce and the commercial will be filmed in the Winston-Salem area later on this month and will be a 1 day / 12 hour day shoot.
There is an open casting call for any parents in the Winston-Salem area that would like to bring their kids to tryout for casting directors. Kids and their parents should arrive between noon and 3 PM while adult auditions will take place between 3:30 and 5:30 PM

The commercial is looking for real people and not necessarily actors so no prior acting experience or an acting resume is required.
Kids and adults who come to the audition should bring a photo of themselves that they can leave with the casting directors. Callbacks for those selected will be Saturday of the same week.
Those planning on trying out should be available to come back on Saturday if needed and able to work a 12 hour day when the commercial begins filming.
