Looking for two distinct types for a zany, high-energy comedy pilot:
1. 60-ish female to play the mother of the lead, preferably an Italian-looking woman who is not afraid to be silly, goofy, witty, and wear all kinds of outrageous costumes. Lots of physicality… a total openness is needed, a total willingness to give herself to the moment, to the higher comic vision.
2. A “little person” to play a recurring character who entertains comic delusions… This character, like the one listed above, is very physical, witty, sharp-tongued, and needs to be willing to engage in all kinds of comic mayhem.
NO ATTITUDE PLEASe; this is meant to be a loving, collaborative effort.
