Virgin America Airlines casting Call for Hip Hop Dancers

Dance auditions for Virgin America The San Francisco based, all kinds of quirky airline, is putting together a non-forgettable safety video and the airline is holding auditions for hip hop dancers to join.

The company has produced these types of videos before and the previous has become so popular that they are doing it again.

The video, which is supposed to be comedic, sets off the Virgin version of the safety dance and yes, hard to forget, is giving dancers the opportunity to be featured in their airlines video that will promote safety rules in a hip hop, fun and funky way.

The airline wants to ‘shake it up’ and hope the dance video keeps safety on everyone’s mind while in flight!

The company wants you to “Show us your best freestyle dance moves — from ballet to breakdance”

The airline has issued a casting call for “finger tutters, robot rappers, tango dancers, and animators” to audition for the safety dance.

For those that make the cut, there are some cool prizes. You and your dance will be seen by millions flying the Virgin America airline and you will get a chance to see it in flight because the company will give you free flight tickets. Also, you will be seen by those that are judging the audition process and those people are highly sought after choreographers and directors that most up and coming dancers would love to work with.

One of the judges and the video’s director is John Chu, who is known for such projects as Step Up II & III, G.I. Joe, and the Microsoft Surface ads.

So you think you can dance? Prove it and tryout for this amazing project! You have until November 11th to do this thing, so dancers, get down, get funky, and show these people what you’ve got!
