Synopsis:
“Back for More” is a comedic web series about a passive aggressive and occasionally aggressive, high functioning zombie called Bob. Each episode Bob sets out, sometimes with the help of his wife Ramona, to better himself despite the opposition of many people around him, not the least of which is Bob’s brother Brian who believes this reincarnation from hell is, in his words, “A hornet’s nest on the family tree.”
It’s a dark comedy designed to satirize the factors contributing to the growing divide between the rich and the poor. As a subplot, the series also explores sibling rivalry.
Bob will be played by actor and comedian, Derick Lengwenus.
Ramona: Bob’s wife. She is bi-polar with abandonment issues. Age is 25-35. Open to all ethnicities. Appearing in episodes 1-3, 5, 7-9.
Brian: Bob’s brother. He is an over achiever with inferiority complex. 30-40 years of age. Preferably Caucasian. Appearing in episodes 1-2, 6, 8, 10.
Martin: Ramona’s father. Over controlled aggressor. Over 50 years of age. Open to all ethnicities. Appearing in episode 1.
Dougie: Brian’s son (Bob’s nephew). Good hearted with a touch of rebelliousness. 10-13 years of age. Preferably Caucasian. Appearing in episodes 1, 2, 6.
Young programmer: Geeky looking. 16-21 years of age. Open to all genders and ethnicities. Appearing in episode 3.
Jeff: Convenience store worker. Selfish and slightly manipulative. Male, 25-35, any ethnicity. Appearing in episodes 3 & 4.
