AMC new series ‘Halt & Catch Fire‘ is looking to fill some specific featured roles for a scene coming up in the Atlanta area.
Casting directors are looking for:
- Billy Idol look alike
- Hot girls that have 80’s hair
- Nerdy types
The series is set in the 80’s and those applying for the parts should have an 80’s look.
“Halt & Catch Fire” is one of 2 brand new shows for the AMC Network which are currently being produced. Their other show is the Revolutionary war drama ‘Turn‘ which will premiere on AMC next month.
About the show:
The show is set in the early 1980’s. ‘Halt & Catch Fire‘ dramatizes the personal computing boom through the eyes of a visionary, an engineer and a prodigy whose innovations directly confront the corporate behemoths of the time. Their personal and professional partnership will be challenged by greed and ego while charting the changing culture in Texas’ Silicon Prairie.
