Performers with a fun and quirky talent needed for ongoing live webseries

Yanked! is a live online talent show where the viewers are the judges, and the audience has the power to keep the best acts live … or have them Yanked! It is the next generation of American Idol where viewer engagement is in real time and everyone can have a Simon Cowell experience.
Yanked! works like this: Contestants can log-in and perform live from their webcam, while viewers at home can cheer’em or jeer’em by pressing the yank button. The audiences’ votes are combined to determine how long each performance will last, and who wins the competition.
We’re looking for performers with a fun, quirky skill like juggling or backflips, physical comedy, dancing, singing, playing an instrument, improv – anything you’d show off at a party and say “Look what I can do!”
Performing can be done from the home – all it takes is a computer, a fairly fast internet connection (a3.0 mbps upload speed or higher is recommended – to test internet speed, go to https://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/ and select your closest city to begin), and a webcam. We are accepting participants from all over Canada.

This is a non-paid opportunity, however in future there may be a cash prize for winning or participating in an episode of Yanked!.
