NBC’s “Chicago P.D.” has a casting call out for a few featured background roles in an upcoming episode.
The show is currently filming the new season in the Chicago, Illinois area and is looking for locals who fit the descriptions below.
“Chicago P.D.” is now in season 2 and was created by “Law and Order’s“ Dick Wolf. The series stars Matt Olmstead, Jason Beghe, Kelly Blatz and Sophia Bush. The police drama focuses on the police departments’s elite intelligence unit which investigates the cities major crimes.
At the center of “Chicago P.D.” is Det. Sgt. Hank Voight (Jason Beghe), who is at ground zero against the war on crime in Chicago. He will do anything to bring criminals to justice…. Voight has assembled a team of diverse detectives who share his passion and commitment to keep the city safe. – NBC
Tailsticks casting in Chicago is seeking to fill the following featured roles:
The projected dates for these featured, non-speaking background roles are tentative and are subject to change. These dates are based on a preliminary shooting schedule. Please only submit if you have a flexible enough schedule to adjust to any date changes.
“MRS. DENTON”: Female, Caucasian, 40’s
[Dead Body & Surveillance Footage]
– Featured spot; higher rate; role entails: filming surveillance video, taking surveillance photos, taking family photos and playing a dead body
– Character: Wife of principal dayplayer and Mother to 2 Children (8yr. old and 17 yr. old)
– Multi-day booking. Tentatively works: Thurs., Nov 20th, Fri. Nov. 21st and Mon., Nov. 24th
– Must have a very flexible schedule, as these dates are likely to change!!!
– Must be comfortable with the playing the scenario a gun shot victim [Dead Body]
– Will require a go-see audition with the directing team on Wednesday, November 19th at a TBD time (most likely a morning audition)
– And the woman selected will then do a paid Wardrobe Fitting with our costume department on Wednesday, Nov. 19th at a TBD time.
“SKYE”: Female, Caucasian, 18-to-look-younger

– Featured spot; higher rate; role entails: filming surveillance video, taking surveillance photos, taking family photos and playing a dead body
– Character: Daughter to Mrs. Denton; wholesome, girl next door type, 18 to-look-younger (MUST be at least 18)
– Multi-day booking. Tentatively works: Fri. Nov. 21st and Mon., Nov. 24th
– Must have a very flexible schedule, as these dates are likely to change!!!
– Must be comfortable with the playing the scenario a gun shot victim [Dead Body]
– Must be comfortable in modesty coverings for a morgue scene: body under a sheet
– Will require a go-see audition with the directing team on Wednesday, November 19th at a TBD time (most likely a morning audition)
– And the girl selected will then do a paid Wardrobe Fitting with our costume department on Wednesday, Nov. 19th at a TBD time.
“LINCOLN PARK DAD”: Male, Caucasian, 40s
– 40s, Caucasian, Upper-Middle Class, Clean-cut, LLBean Look
– Spot tentatively films: Friday, November 21st (Subject to change)
– If selected, this role will require a paid Wardrobe Fitting with our costume department the day before filming.
“LINCOLN PARK SON”: Male, Caucasian, 10-14yrs.
– 10-14yrs old, Caucasian, Upper-Middle Class, Clean-cut, LLBean Look
– Spot tentatively films: Friday, November 21st (Subject to change)

– If selected, this role will require a paid Wardrobe Fitting with our costume department the day before filming.
