Chicago Extras for Lee Daniels “Empire” Chicago – Scene with Gladys Knight

FOX TV Series “Empire” – Chicago, Illinois

A new TV series is coming to FOX this fall. Lee Daniels (“Lee Daniels’ The Butler,” “Precious”) and Danny Strong (“Lee Daniels’ The Butler,” “Game Change”) are now working on the new series EMPIRE, a sexy and powerful new drama series about the inner workings of a family run Hip Hop record label. “Empire” stars Terrence Howard, Taraji P. Henson and Gabourey Sidibe.

Terrence Howard (“Hustle & Flow”) plays Lucious, a music mogul.   Lucious will not be able to stay in control of his Hip Hop empire forever and needs to groom one of his 3 sons to take over, none of which he believes can actually take over the business successfully.

The show is filming the 1st season in the Chicagoland area and is now casting extras for a cool church scene in which Gladys Knight will be performing. The show is looking for adult extras of all ages 18 to 80! The church scene will feature Gladys Knight singing and will film on the 22nd.

Also, they need folks for a club scene and others filming this week or next week. They are seeking some hot ladies to play bottle service ladies, large men to play some “goons” and some general extras with cars to work this coming Thursday.

Searching for male and female African Americans, ages 18 to 88, to work our church scene for our other show, on Monday Sept. 22nd on the TV show, “Empire”. Searching for big, tough looking guys to play “goons” for our next episode of “Empire.” Searching for all ethnicities with guys who look like bodyguard types. Bigger guys, rough, tough, look. If you can work on or around Wednesday, Sept. 24th send your photograph of yourself in a dark suit, or a shirt to show your muscles to empirevips@gmail.com and put “Goons” in the subject line. Searching for attractive, shapely, “hot” women to play bottle service women on or around Tuesday September 30th in our club scene for the TV show “Empire.” If you can work this day send a picture of yourself dressed up with hair and makeup looking sexy and pretty, along with a full length body shot of yourself in a club outfit so we can see your legs, to empirevips@gmail.com and put “Bottle girl 9.30” in the subject line.
