SYNOPSIS: All is fair in love? Even murder? That’s the question posed by this light and funny suspense comedy about a love triangle in a Howard Johnson Motor Inn. A three scene love triangle involving a woman, her lover, and her husband. In the first scene the wife and her lover plot to murder the husband. In the second scene the wife and her husband are plotting to murder the lover. The third scene has the husband and the lover plotting to murder the wife – but this attempt, like the others, fails.
CHARACTERS:
ARLENE MILLER – An attractive woman in her mid-thirties.
MITCHELL LOVELL – A dentist and Arlene’s lover, in his mid-thirties.
PAUL MILLER – Arlene’s husband, in his early thirties to early forties.
Kind of boring but can be antagonistic. Used car
salesman. Must be tall–5’8 at least.
DATE & TIME OF AUDITIONS:
December 11, 2014 from 5:00pm – 7:30pm.
PERFORMANCES: February 6, 2015 to March 1, 2015.
Fridays & Saturdays @ 8:00pm, Sundays @ 2:00pm.
You must provide head-shot and resume.
You must provide your own schedule with possible conflicts at auditions.
Cold readings from sides provided at auditions.
