“The Originals” is seeking extras / paid background for a roaring 1920’s party scene!
Vampire Diaries spin-off, The Originals is filming new episodes of the TV show in Conyers Georgia, they are seeking men and women for a 1920’s scene that will be filming in Conyers, Georgia this coming Friday. You must live in the Atlanta / Conyers area or within driving distance. Conyers is twenty-four miles east of Atlanta. Fittings for costumes will be tomorrow.
Extras Casting in Georgia – Background actors / extras
The show is set in a New Orleans setting, yet it does film in Georgia. All extras will be paid an hourly wage plus any overtime if the shoot goes over 8 hours. The pay for this project is $60 / day plus $15 for the fitting.
Extras casting for the show is being handled by Tammy Smith casting who is out of the Atlanta Georgia area. Please only apply to this if you fit all the specifications, are available on the requested dates for the entire day and are local to the Conyers, Georgia area.
The Originals is a spin-off from the Vampire Diaries. The show was created by Julie Plec and features characters from The Vampire Diaries series. The spin-off focuses on one particular Vampire Family, the Mikaelson siblings, who are the ‘original’ vampires and is set in the city of New Orleans.

Casting for MEN and WOMEN, ages 20 to 50, for a 1920’s party scene THIS FRIDAY Jan 24th (with a required fitting date…see below)

(if you were already there last week and contacted by us by email to check avail for Friday, then you do not need to submit again- this post is to add some new faces to the scene!)
Films in CONYERS and will be a morning start time- you must be available all day long
NOTE 1: FIttings will be tomorrow, Tues 1/21 or Wed 1/22, so you must be available for one of those days for a fitting.
(FYI – Fitting times start at 11am and run until 7pm)
NOTE 2. IF you have any 1920’s attire, PLEASE list it in your submission!
Having 1920’s clothing is not mandatory, but helpful!
NOTE 3: Due to available costume sizes
WOMEN -you must be between a size 0 to 10 dress
and
MEN- you must be between a size 36 to 44 coat
** (You can bigger if you have fabulous 1920’s attire of your own, and then you should provide a photo of you in those clothes)
NOTE 4: MEN, the only facial hair allowed is a mustache and you must be ok with a haircut to look 1920’s. It’s a nice haircut!!

CURRENT PHOTOS- Please make sure you send a good face photo from the shoulders up, with no other people in the picture and a photo of you, from the waist or knees up in a pleasant look. Your hair length should be visible in at least one photo.
