Atlanta area casting directors need cop and detective types for the new Sony Playstation series “Powers“
The series is filming season 1 this month and is looking for paid extras to play cops and detectives in the show. The roles may be recurring through the season. All ethnicities are welcome to apply and you must be 18+ in order to be considered for the show. The scene will be filming this coming Thursday in the Atlanta area.
David Slade (“Twilight: Eclipse“) will be directing Sony Playstation’s new superhero series based on the comic, also called Powers, by Brian Michael Bendis and Michael Avon Oeming. The new series is set in a world where some people happen to have super powers and not all of them are nice guys. Sharlto Copley and Michelle Forbes will play the crime fighting duo Christian Walker and Deena Pilgrim. Sharlto Copley stars as Christian Walker, an ex superhero who is now a cop. Having lost his superpowers in a battle with a bad guy, Christian still continues the fight, even without his super powers.
Talent applying must live in the Atlanta area and be available on the 4th for filming.
