Extras in Los Angeles for “Divergent”

Los Angeles Paid Extras for feature Film

Casting directors in Los Angeles have just released a casting notice for paid extras for the project called “catbird” which is rumored to be the upcoming film “Divergent” based on the popular Veronica Roth novels.

Divergent is a sco-fi trilogy, The first novel is Divergent followed by Insurgent and the final book Allegiant. The film stars Shailene Woodley as Beatrice, Theo James as Four and Kate Winslet as Jeanine. It follows Beatrice Prior, a teenager with some special skills and some mind powers. Beatrice and her friends end up clashing with   an authoritarian leader who wishes to get rid of her and everyone like her then gain control of  their divided society.

Summit Entertainment has scheduled a release date for Divergent, the movie,  on March 20, 2014. Casting directors are only looking for people who live in the Los Angeles area . No travel expenses will be paid and those Extras selected will need to be at a fitting in Los Angeles tomorrow and available on set for full days the 24th to the 27th.

The film project currently called “Catbird” (Working Title) is filming in Los Angeles and casting directors at Sande Alessi are seeking non union extras to work later this month but are available for a fitting in Los Angeles tomorrow.
